"Me and my wife was driving back from Phoenix to Iowa in a motor home we just purchased.I was driving around a lake about 30 miles away from Junction City KS went down a dirt road it turned to mud tried to turn around got stuck about 2 hours before dark.Some drunk kids said they would go get a tow strap then be back to help us,it started to get dark and we started to think they were going to come back after dark and rob us. Me and my wife started to get worried we called several tow companys not one would help us we called Homestead Towing they were reluctant because they were familer with the dirt roar we were stuck on an trying to tow 36 ft motorhome 10000 lb. They got there at dark pulled us out didn t overcharge us and Then followed us about 15 miles to make sure we were alright. Took what could have been a bad situation into a positive one THANKS."

"While driving home from Norman this past Sunday, my daughter informed me that she needed to go to the bathroom "now". I then attempted to turn down a side road to give her some privacy, but we got stuck in 2-3 feet of snow instead. My husband and I have roadside assistance attached to both our car insurance and our cell phones, but both of them told me we would have to wait until 8am! It was well below freezing, and we were miles away from anything or anyone! Thankfully, my husband then contacted A Homestead Wrecker directly and found someone to pull my car out of the snow!! It was around 2am by that point, so I was very grateful for how fast the gentleman arrived and got us back on the road again!! I also appreciated how nice he was, too. I felt awful for what I'd done, and I was scared when I couldn't find help right away. I was helped with a smile, speed, and efficiency. Great customer service doesn't get any better than that! Thank you!! "
